a bouncer at a local bar was killed on his motorcycle in SW Fl this week when a 21 year old girl texting went left to center, sideswiped a car, then hit him head-on.  He was killed instantly.  

How much jail time will she see for this?

Many countries require that you have a video camera on the dash for insurance purposes. Really common in Russian.

Something like that (the SUV hitting a patch) happened to me back during that big snow storm.
I hit a patch (after the snow had been cleared off the road) and I did a 360 and hit a snow bank...
RWD, low profiles, doth not make a good a combo. And to top it off, I moved from the righthand lane to get away from the ice patches..

Just like the rain vid, RWD+speeding+low profiles+impatience=accident.
