bambam, i can offer something.

note i dont believe in his diet, but id do this to prove how "well" or rather not, it works.

i am in tip top very lean shape now, eating a very clean diet.

id do a shit diet for a month and upload pics weekly or more frequent.

but there has to be 1 rule and thats no alcohol,im not allowed any alcohol bc my government says so.

adonis says some protein is required, id eat that from only protein powder, all the rest of food ill get fom junk food exclusively.

ill do this natural or on 250test weekly.would be fair to do it on 250 test weekly,as thats what im on currently.

and im not doing this for free,lol.

you decide calories, ill even eat the exact same stuff every day.

can we work out something?

let me know in this thread, or pm me.

sodas, cookies, icecream, chocolate, everything goes.ill have nothing but that kind of food.

Keep all your habits except you should eat nothing but Doritos and Vodca (any brand) for 30 days straight and if you dont end the one month period looking like utter shit, I will happily wire the money to you.

i did something like this when i involuntarly went to, uhm, a govt financed holiday, but i starved myself there on purpose.i lost size but stayed pretty lean.

this would be something else.

o have seen a youtube video of a natty bbuilder who got to extremly lean conditioning, very dry, very impressive.ofc he wsnst a natty, but whatever.

after his contest, he went on a either weekend or full week trip where he ate all the junk food he came across.as much as he could.

he looked lie total and utter garbage after 3 or 7 days, i cant remember.but he looked like hes new to training and no abs there anymore.

he was not just lean before that, he was properly shredded.

i dont know how to find the video again.ill try.

i believe it man, but the question is... did he really gain a ton of fat over the course of 3 to 7 days, or was it mainly just bloat (water gain) and food in the gut?

but i dont regret it, i had to see how far i could acheive, thats what we do in life, better not to follow the leader but be the leader, but dont be stupid and diet your whole life being a fucking kvnt sitting around watching your calories

better to be a big fat stron kvnt always doing shit always having energy and clear skin
