However, Olympic rower Henrik Rummel went a completely different route after he and his teammates were awarded the bronze medal.
As you can see from the photo above, the rowing uniforms don't leave much to the imagination. So when Rummel won bronze, he became, um, how should we say, engorged with excitement. Those tight little shorts are pretty tight around the crotch, especially if you're sporting a boner like our pal Henrik.
While his full mast salute made the rounds on the Internet, Rummel went into damage control on Reddit, saying, "This is me and I swear it's not erect! I don't know why it ended up in that position but there you go." So there it is — Rummel didn't celebrate with a massive erection. He's just a rower AND a show-er.
