hi all....this may be a stupid question..but can i ask why everyone doest like the dave palumbo dieting style

Its basically another version of the anabolic diet, or Atkins like lol... zero cars, ketosis diet, with one cheat meal a week.

And I hear its very effective.

Zero cars indeed. But you can have trucks, but only once per week as a "cheat meal"

I saw Dave in India, he looks healthy as a puppy and is ripped. I'm talking very low digit bodyfat.

Apart from injuring his leg, he is alive and well. More power to him.
