Wrapping up things here in the Middle East and heading back to New York... I actually broke down for the first time last night talking to my daughter and son.. Contest dieting, suffering in the gym, broken hearts, broken bones, etc.. Believe me folks.. Nothing hurts more than being away from my kids for this long.. Nothing. Daddy will be home soon and great times are ahead for all of us ;)))






WTF broken bones is he talking about?

Schmoeing can get pretty intense. Can lead to all sorts of physical damage.
