First cycle

     Ok, I'm thinking about doing my first cycle but I need some help on deciding what to use.  I am familiar with the different types of test fast release, slow release, etc. but I need help in the area of what other gear to stack it with, what type of test to use, length of cycles, frequency of use, the whole nine yards.  Any help would be appreciated, also if you feel better PMing me then please do so.

Do a 10-week cycle.
Test E 250mg Mon   250 mg Thursday

Run adex .5 mg ed and have Nolva on hand and use it if gyno symptoms appear.

For PCT run Nolva and Clomid… Standard protocol.

Leave the stacks for later!!

10  week test e 500 mg /week
6 week dbol 30 mg/day
deca duraboline 400 mg week 8 weeks

i would always do atleast a 12 wks cycle, expecially with a long ester like test and maybe deca. my ideal first cycle would be:
dbol-40-50mg ed 1-4
test e-500mg/w 1-12
(optional-deca at 400mg/wk 1-10)

pct starts 2 wks after last test shot and will consist of nolva 60mg on the first day and ther after 40mg for at least 4 wks. if u can hcg run that during the cycle with ur other shots (or sub-q with a slin needle) 250ius every couple days.

Excellent first cycle. May not even need the arimidex.
