My show is on today and I'm about to jump on stage in 1 hour.
My question is I need to lose 20lbs of muscle right now!

Any tips?  Cheesy

6 weeks out and then day of the show  Lips sealed

sibil, can you please tell me how i can lose muscle this quickly also?
