yeah i tried these binging diets it just doesnt work.

if he cut half his binge attacks and replaced them with fasting or just some protein, hed be lean all year.

diet is all mental thing, if one is too weak mentaly and doesnt really want it, it wont happen.

and people are being naive because they see big guys eating mcdonalds and cookies and theyre lean.this dont mean they got lean that way.

maintaining low bodyfat and getting there arent the same thing.

maintaining a 15% is very easy too.getting from 15% to say, 8% isnt so easy.

i know, theres many alleged recipes, but why do things complicated, keep it basic, eat protein and veggies only and take just enough drugs, train hard and do some cardio.dont eat when not hungry and thats it.will just take some time.its all calculation, body needs time to burn fat.

so many people overestimate the effect of drugs too, some go asfar and think tren actualy burns fat , but havent got the discipline to stay on a diet for more then 2 weeks and then come the excuses and giving up.pathethic.

yeah, alrifght cheat meals work, but they throw you back, its fastest and best without them.

im not telling this to you,lol, you absolutely know how to get in shape and you have the mental strenght to do so, this was rather a general rant.

Ordinarily I might as well just "+1" your posts because we agree 99% of the time, but I actually see a little improvement in his pecs.  They do look flat in the first pic, but I think the lighting is a bit deceiving at that angle.  Head-on with his shoulders rounded out, they do look a tad thicker.

Of course, my advice to Tbombz is to get REALLY lean and lose the Teen Wolf look.
