And Romney was the guy the Dems were hoping would be Obama's opponent. Yet, for all of the spending and smearing on the part of the liberals, it's a basically a tie. But, Obama's running low on cash; the enthusiasm edge is with the GOP; and now, we see the youth vote, dwindling from Obama (according to Zogby).

That's not a position an incumbent should find himself, if he wants to get re-elected.
