I think that very few, super light, world class runners have ever competed barefoot. Very few.

World class cats only use their racing flats on race day I believe. Our heart, lungs and legs and much tougher than our feet.

Correct.  People are stupid and follow fads without doing research.  I come from a family of marathoners ( I personally say fuk all that shit and will prefer to do sprints) and they do on average 2-3 marathons a month and are part of multiple clubs and these types of shoes are a joke in the community.    You will not see any real runner wear this shit.

perhaps you forgot about kilts. However, I assume you're referring to the women's garment. Skirts are feminine. Vibrams are gender neutral
