Hardly. A person in a position of authority is bonking someone under that authority. That is wrong, no matter the age of the participants involved, nor the fact that the teacher is a woman and the students are male.
uh that's not actually true is it? An 18 year old can date a 28 year old even if they are in high school I tought? I know there is the new law noted in the above story, but that's the part that's being questioned in this thread. Is that a good law?
And I'm not supporting what she did. It's megafuckedup to both her family, the school, other students and the community that trusted her. But should it be illegal, go to prison illegal to have sex with another adult? I just saw something here worth questioning.
Not if that 28-year-old is his high-school teacher. That woman is the teacher in the same school as those boys. That's a no-no.
The law is a good law, as far as I'm concerned. I know guys tend to snicker about female teachers getting naked with male students (an adolescent fantasy, provided the teacher is good-looking). Nonetheless, as a parent, the last thing with which you should be concerning yourself is whether the math teacher is sticking your son's nuts in her mouth.
In certain institutions (i.e. the military), it is illegal for people to have sex with each other, where a senior/subordinate relationship exists (regardless of whether both parties are of consenting age for sex).
