That's what pisses me off about shows like the Biggest Loser. These people aren't on a "journey". They made bad choices re diet and exercise and they are stuck with the consequences. Making better choices alleviates those consequences. It's not a fucking journey..it's simple common sense....

i sometimes catch the us biggest loser late at night.. they make their british counterparts look like starved biafrans
