it is illegal (an actual state law) in texas for a teacher to have sex with a student even if it's consensual and even if the person/persons are 18 and older. not sure if other states have this kind of law, since it is usually a teacher with a underage (under 18) male or female...
i know of students who have had affairs with their teachers, but that was in college, the teacher was a professor and his student was i believe in her early 20's.. i guess this was legal, but perhaps unethical and would have lead to the teacher getting fired..the whole college knew about it, he was a psych professor in his mid to late 40's and married too! got her pregnant and divorced his wife and shacked up with this younger woman.. not sure if he ever resigned or got fired.. i had graduated by then.. funny thing is? i once saw this professor's wife and she was waaaaaay hotter and prettier than this young girl he knocked up and had the affair with? geez, how did that happen? don't know perhaps his wife was a pain in the ass i don't know.
i don't know can college professors/teachers have sex with students over 18, does it matter if they are any student or if this student is in their class they teach?....
when i was in high school there were rumors that 1) one of the pretty p.e. teachers who was i would guess in her mid 30's and yes was married was screwing our high school's most popular prom king .. years later i heard from the resident high school gossip queen that it was true. 2) they were also rumours when i was in high school that the nurse in her mid 50's was a big ole major nympo! laugh! she looked the part too! not necessarily hot or even pretty but with very teased very colored blonde hair and tons of make up she looked like a way past her prime madam actually! laugh! i know more than a few times me and others after school waiting for our rides home would see the same 3 football players (they were the 3 resident bodybuilders at our school who even at high school age were heavy on ther steroids)after practice in their pads and uniform go into her office and then come out a hour later wearing their street clothes? who knows what was going on with that?
