I am assuming that red meat does have some influence on testosterone production and creatine. But wouldnt you need to eat A LOT of it (way more than he is eating) to have any effect on the production of testosterone and muscle growth.

He just doesnt look like a Mr. O. Kais physique, if he could dial it in, would blow Philsulinas physique out of the water.

Very little fat in that diet. Kai's training video's seemed to have nothing but carbs and protein as well. Beyond that how the hell can you digest nothing but starch and protein, you need fiber.

you are supposed to avoid red meats in your post-insulin meal, they break down slower

Greene has dialed it in; but Heath has beaten him anyway. Heath has much better proportions. Greene's bodyparts belong on someone 4-5 inches taller. Nothing flows on him; his physique looks like a mish-mash of bodyparts from other top bodybuilders.
