I mean in term of excess of calorie , excess of protein , excess of carbs ,excess of meals !!!
Nobody that is natural bodybuilder will ever assimilate all that excess.

You act as if Heath has been eating the same amount of food from the time he started bodybuilding, until now.

All this meals rich on protein and carbs are a WASTE unless you use a ton of drugs!!!
A natural naive aspiring bodybuilder who follow this kind of advice will end up a fat and smoot and with a lot less money spended on food !!!
Fuck this hypocrisy !!!

for sure. This guy is eating over 700 grams of protein a day if we are to believe he is ingesting shakes. Fcuking kidneys have to be screaming.

Anyone remember his infamous 9,000+ calories daily meal plan published in Flex, with 900 grams of protein, 800 grams of carbs and over 200 grams of fats?

Greene has dialed it in; but Heath has beaten him anyway. Heath has much better proportions. Greene's bodyparts belong on someone 4-5 inches taller. Nothing flows on him; his physique looks like a mish-mash of bodyparts from other top bodybuilders.

Perhaps, but Philsulina doesnt really look like a mr. O either. Sure, he has good proportions, but he lacks the size, besides arms. That is why ronnie was so dominant. He had size and condition and his body flowed (before he got way too big, etc). So you have phil, who has proportion, but lacks size, and kai who has size but lacks proportions. ITs like politics--pick the 2 lesser of the evils. Either way, you wind up with a not so great mr olympia.

agreed, but i wouldnt say heath is all proportions. he has a serious imbalance with his arms overpowering his chest first and foremost, but also his entire torso. this is accentuated by his less wide frame, in particular the shoulder area where it becomes disturbing to the flow.

neither are flowing as they should imo.

I think Phil during his 1st win is around the same size (weight) that Ronnie was during his 1st win.

If we're keeping score, Phil placed third in his first Olympia. Ronnie didn't even place (he got "16th"). Phil hardly lacks size. His proportions and shape allow him to beat people larger than himself. He beat Cutler; he's beaten Warren. He's beaten Greene; he's beaten Wolf.

As long as he's in condition, he's tough to beat. Heath is the mid-240s, not too far from Ronnie when he won his first Olympia. Heath simply needs to concentrate on keeping his proportions in check without putting on too much mass.

Heath goes about 275 or so in the off-season. You think he eats like a bird or something?

I never said I was keeping score, just said Ronnie was dominant.

Heath beat a bunch of shitty bodybuilders. Ronnie beat the likes of Levrone, Diller, Nasser, Priest, Cormier, flex.

How can you say heath has proportion? His arms totally dominate his width and chest. In fact they dominate his whole body. Totally out of proportion with those arms. He has good shape, Ill give him that.

And lets be honest, even if Kai is better, they are never going to award a former grapefruit fucker and stripper the Mr. O title. All in all, Kai is actually a better bodybuilder than Heath. You take away Philsulinas arms, you have  a really good top NPC physique.

Looks like a Mr. O's physique compared to Heath. If you read my previous posts I said its picking the lesser of the 2 evils. Neither is fit to be Mr. Olympia, but Id take Kai over Heath.

Yeah, he looks great, but he also looks like a top NPC competitor. A lot of bodybuilders look great. Does that mean they should all be Mr. Olympias?  ::) ::)

Besides the arms, what is so great about him? Look at that pic. What makes him stand out that he should be mr. o?  sure, I guess when you compare him to the other shitty competitors these days he is the "best" one for the title. Still doesnt make him a worthy mr olympia. you just have to choose the lesser of the evils these days. Put him in a lineup with guys from the 90's no way he would be Mr. O. Like I said he is Mr O because he is competing against guys like branch.

It's not the front, and his arms from the front aren't impressive. His arms seem big due to his thick triceps.
It is from the back that he has it over everybody else---his back detail is heads and shoulders above everybody else save Kai and Cedric.

Plus, he consistantly comes in tight and conditioned, like Dex and like Shawn.

Again, missing the point. His back detail may be best over everyone elses these days, but that doest mean his physique is mr olympia worthy. its really not. unfortunately, someone has to be mr. o and the other competitors sort of suck, so phil gets it. I am not really saying whether he looks better than the other 15 competitors on stage. What I am saying is that overall, when you compare him to the line of former mr. o's his physique does not match up. Phil got lucky and is competing in an era of crappy bodybuilders. He'd be looked over in the early 90s if he competed then.

you forgot to mention his clavicles. ::)

Phil Heath is best Mr. 0 since ronnie.

and better than many guys from 90s

Always conditioned, always improved, always good muscle separation. I like him and I put him in my favourite BB like FLEX, KEVIN, RONNIE, SHAWN RAY ETC.

Cedric to me looks better than him, but Cedric is just not giving 100 percent and that dissapoints me. He is not even doing O.

sad.

Cedric Mcmillan has the physique of a Mr. O and is better than Phil if he could eventually do something. So we agree on that.

And again, after you say that, you are saying what I've said before.

This era of mediocrity was brought forth by none other than Jay Cutler---or rather those who allowed Jay to be Mr. O.
But, it started before that. It started when Jay was being groomed to be Mr. O, namely his 2nd place finishes at the ao and his Arnold Classic wins (over a far better Chris Cormier). Also, coinciding with this, the giving out of Pro Cards to inferior conditioned competitors---which means the feeder system to the Pros was producing bad stock.
And it's odd that the really good ones like Richard Jones and Phil Heath were earning their Pro cards on their first try---because everybody else was inferior.

Phil is just the best of the rest. A Flex/Kevin hybrid. And really nobody can really touch him at this point.
