Author Topic: honestly can you as a dieter wash your dishes right after you eat (Read 2488 times)

do you feel like it

alot of times i dont, so therefore im wondering if i should eat even more on the plate to THEN feel like washing that dish after i eat?

this is something i would like to overcome and master

i wash them before i eat (the cookware, i mean) and then yes, the utensils, plates, glasses and such right after.

it's a terrible business and i'd be interested in any advice on the subject.

lol sometimes i let the dishes pile up but latley ive been getting better about it, sometimes i wonder if its more to do with mind or more to do with calories

it's awful when there are piles of nasty dishes in the sink and you have to drag the gunk-covered stacks of plates out before you can run some dishwater

im less mad at the mess and more so at my unsuperiority in not cleaning them right away sometimes at rapid speed using all the food calories to massively clean them quickly

No, I am 2.5 weeks out.. I am lazy as fuck. Every year is different or heck even day. Sometimes, I will be a NEAT freak dieting and spend hours cleaning to pass the time between meals and others shit will pile up and I will just lay in bed like a dying fat piece of shit that should have been aborted.

The annoying thing... as bodybuilders (well at least with me) since we eat often, I feel like I'm always going through a ton of dishes and running the dishwasher all the freaking time!!!

I gave up, now I just rinse the utensils I need right away as to not dirty what's nicely clean and neatly tucked in to the cupboards.

but when I do need to wash dishes I fill up the sink with soap and hot water and let everything submerge, however usually it doesn't all fit and it takes a few days before I get to it at witch time the water is cold and useless.

turn on the radio loud helps when cleaning the kitchen. other than that you jut have to be hard-core and delve in to it.

I spent most of my student days and one or two of my early professional years letting the dishes pile up in the kitchen- it's a terrible chore to clean up if you've spent a full day working

So I got a dishwasher.

when i single and lived on my own, i used One non stick pan , and bought disposable red drinking cups and disposable plates,... cleanup after cooking was a breeze , washed one pot and a fork , tossed the plate and cup in the trash

now that i live with the Girlfriend she refuses us to use disposable plates and cups, and she uses a ton of pots to cook and never washes them after using them, its always a chore to wash them before cooking and eating

Rinse the plate right away, put it in the dish washer. When the dish washer is full run it.

i think you built 2twice the muscle doing all that dishes causes its stressful and the body doesnt grow without stress, i notice my legs feel fatigued late at night standing and washing dishes
