I have to say - the Canadian Maple Leaf is my favorite coin. 

The American Eagle is nice but seems a little off dimensions wise

Austrian Philharmonic is a little small.

The Chinese Panda is blah 

Just ordered some Mexican Libertads



But the Canadian Maples are IMHO are the nicest of all.

As far as GOLD goes however.... I want no part of government issued gold.
Government issued gold is subject to recall, sanctions, etc., etc.,
I want no counterparty risk. When government's go broke, their gold is pledged to, or seized by others.
Give me privately issued LBMA certified bullion any day of the week, in smaller, more affordable transaction friendly weights..
