Yeah, but Phil is doing what Shawn Ray did, and later, what Dex did, adding weight in small increments. Which means he doesn't sacrifice his conditioning---as much.
Shawn when he went to 215 was a tad flat, when he went to 218, he loss some sharpness.
This method is what I believe Flex should have adopted, and he wouldn't have lost his conditioning that he had in 93.
