Ya he did, he only missed 1. He was doing 30 reps, 20 reps, 10reps. 5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps. Considering he was super setting and resting very little, I would say that was pretty hard workout.
I didn't see him do 30 reps or even 20 reps. Math may not be my strong suit but I know it's not that bad.
I hope it is HD quality.
It was last year too - it depends on if your computer can handle it, and how the lines from the Orleans Arena is that day. It is a major expense, but they work hard on it. Will take a few more pics on the whole setup.
Will be glad to see Kris Gethin again, as yes, he is an expert on training (trains people all over Europe, and even India). And he knows his bodybuilding peeps. And is a member of Bodybuilding.com! So for all of you who can't make it to Vegas, we are grateful that bodybuilding.com is providing us with a free webcast. This isnt that simple backstage. You have a multitude of computers, 3 T-1 lines (or more than that to prevent failure), and quiet a specialized staff to make it work well, as well as four video cameras hooked up.
Maybe, if I won't have anything else to do. Not like a couple of years ago when I took my roomate to our office, because we didn't have internet at home. Jezus, we watched oiled man in thongs do battle on stage in our conference room at work in the middle of the night (Slovenija), ow brother. We took a lot of food with us. Image the janitor seeing us in the morning or the cleaning lady. Still funny though...
Solid 1st place right there
