After only four months of being in what some on here and the wannabe getbig board called a "Gym out of a U-Haul" a "junk yard" a "ghetto gym" or whatever else the haters want to call it.....we're expanding into a larger unit within the same complex across the street from the ever empty 'Team Punishment" gym. It's store front, it's 900sqft bigger and I don't owe anyone anything!!

Props to you, Coach. It is almost impossible to find an independent gym, so I am forced to go to LA Fitness. The best gym I ever worked out at was also in a warehouse.

I am in Irvine, CA. There are two LA Fitness gyms near me, and they aren't really that bad. I just can't stand the idiots that "workout" there. I'm old-school, I do the basics and I lift heavy. I put in my earbuds and try to zone everybody out.

Anybody on here in Miami should check out Airport Gym, located just west of MIA. Great gym, zero BS.

The LA Fitness off the 405? You should be at either my gym

or Club MetRx in Costa Mesa (Great gym, I still go once in a while). There's also Juggernaut in Laguna Niguel. We have certain days and hours dedicated to power lifting.

I guess he doesn't like anyone to train in his gym who holds a different set of beliefs or values about the world. So Christ like of him. I always thought acceptance was part of being religious.

Congrats chief, you do what you love and make a living out of it and they hate you for it. I'll be in El Segundo a couple of days next week, I'll swing by on my way back.
