Even though you cop alot of stick - if you can read between the lines the majority here do respect you - "the haters" as you like to call them in person would no doubt pat you on the back and admit you have inspired them at times with all the knowledge you posses - you should know what GB is like.

Actually, I do not go to a chain gym. Its just a gym with one location.

Nah, that would kill you. maybe you could post a pic of you doing a leg extension or a bicep machine or.....maybe you don't even train. That's ok, we have newbe programs..lol.
