I get your point but he obviously doesnt pwn Phil now. Geez seeing how beat up Ronnie looks know, makes you wonder was he the ultimate abuser for him to just shrival up and look almost deformed now. Yes I get they are all huge abusers and when they retire they should get smaller but Ronnie looks really bad. Like sickly. I don't care for either one but in all fairness Ronnie is the better overall bodybuilder. Phil may lack the width but that might not stopping him from upping the dose to see where it takes him. Looking at Coleman now I would caution against doing so. The body can only take so much for so long and then it's a long, steep downhill thereafter.

Coleman easily wins this comaprison and again, this coming from someone as objective as possible.

This is the dumbest post ever.Ronnie Coleman is 47 years old, Phil Heath is only 32.You cannot compare a man who is 47 and retired to a man who is 32 and in his bodybuilding prime.
At the age of 30-37 most bodybuilders peak and are in there prime.
At 47 they are pretty much just enjoying life and retired.Ronnie is 15 years older then Phil Heath, heck 3-5 more years and he would be old enough to be his father, lol .
For a man who is 47 years of age, which is pretty close to 50, he doesnt look that bad.
I bet you dont look this good at 47, not many people do

Well thanks. He was an actual teacher of mine as well as a friend. Taught me composition and creative writing but I am no where near his level of ability nor intelligence. He could have joined Mensa but refused because he didn't want to hang out with people like himself.

On top of that, I am totally caucasian, taller and (according to him) no where near as good looking. But I do appreciate the compliment. If it were not unbecoming of a Christian (and I am trying to remain a genuine practicing faithful one here and in the real world), I would use his favorite saying. I do miss him. As do others that knew and worked with him for many years.

Especially so this coming Halloween.
