I would argue that the goal is to look less like a drugged out DUDE, but what do I know?

He is doing the 212 and he will have trouble making the top 5. The guys are getting better and the increased size hurt Jose physique.

He said he had a very difficult time losing the last 3 pounds last time he competed in the 212., and said be wouldn't put himself thru it ever again

Jose will make top 3 again. He can beat Sami. As good as Sami looked in May, he has some structural issues (bow legs). Kevin will win again and its sad that the judges continue to reward him. I am not a big believer in politics and shady judging until the past O and NYP. Flex Lewis should win and with a year off, he will have made major improvements. David Henry is still not where he needs to be, but he is close. From the front he looks great, but his glutes need to be in for him to place high. The other 212 guys have caught him. And B Ray is looking SICK!!!! Its going to be interesting to see how he matches up to Seth in Sarasota

This past Saturday at the 2012 NPC New Jersey State Championships, promoter Dwyane McDaniel delivered an all-star cast of guest posers to the New Jersey faithful. IFBB Pros Shawn Rhoden, Jose Raymond, Cedric McMillan, Jose Raymond, and Dana Linn Bailey all took the stage and put on a show that brought the crowd to its feet. Lucky for us, Rob Bailey was on hand to capture all of the action on film and of course DLB was on hand to guide us through the night's activities.
