Frank zane along with steve reeves is my reason for training.. Frank is not an old timer(well not so old) but who was your hero? I like frank Zane for his intelligence and great shape.

Zane, Samir, Arnold, Robby and Boyer were all fantastic bodybuilders.

I really like Ali Malla and Danny Padilla as well.

Great era for bodybuilding.....60s...7 0s...and 80s.


These guys all had their own unique look.

The guys today all look the same.

Zane had like alot of the Great Old Champs from the Past a Unique look, when in his Best Shape he looked Outstanding in Certain Poses

he looked MUCH BETTER @ 185 than he did @ 200 IMHO

and at both weights he had the same level of conditioning ie. a dry stage-ready sub-5

If they made the vacuum a mandatory pose, the physiques changes would be positive for bodybuilding

yes i got to agree. some of the pictures of the Bulging guts is sickening to look at. shame really.
