This topic is full of hate.Terry crews is 44 years old 6'2" 244lbs lbs according to several online sources.He is lean and muscular and looks awessome for a 44 year old man.Heck he looks good for a 30 year old man.He is very lean and has a great physique.TA he looks better then yuo do, and has more money then you would ever hope to have.
So what id he took steroids, so did Arnold, Stallone,and almost every other star who was muscular and in movies.

I have had guys tell me they've squatted 500 pounds and then they stare at my 500-pound bar counting real slow, trying to calculate the total poundage (?).

There are loads of gym goers who just blurt out random numbers without having a clue what it looks like on a barbell or what the reality is of that weight.

Terry NEVER benched 500 pounds. Like Arnold, the guy is very muscular and "big", but not press-500-pounds big. Not the least anyone who actually does press 500 (raw and without help/massive bounce) has had to focus his training intently on such a feat of crazy strength.

I mean, Arnold at his biggest would have gotten crushed under 500 pounds. He likely would have topped out at MAYBE 435-445.

Funny thing is this.....think of how many guys have benched 500......not a ton....but there are a few out there that are capable.....now....here is the kicker.....they may bench 500.....but no one.....I mean no one.....has a chest like Arnold did back in the 70s. My 2 cents.

Ha ha, I had the same experience in Navy boot camp. When we did water survival training all the white guys could swim and none of the brothers could. When they saw that water their faces looked like Maury just told them "You ARE the father!".

Yes, but keep in mind a gigantic bench press doesn't have all that much to do with massive pro-style pec development. Massive upper body, sure.

Pushing an incredible load off your chest is mostly triceps and shoulders, with a lot of back used in the negative to help control the bar/preserve strength for the concentric component.

Most of the greatest squatters in the world do not have wheels like a pro bodybuilder, either.
