Thats what GB is all about. Brothers in iron helping each other out when needed. Sure they go to war in the gym, but there is a mutual respect for one another. The quest for quality mass is a long and arduous one, but when you have fellow gym warriors fighting by your side you will never fail. |

does anybody think pellius really uses steroids or HGH? I know he has used bunk HGH but he appears to be natural! He looks like he cannot bnch 225lbs! He looks like he lifts very light weights! Like somebody else said he looks like a long distance runner! If I were him I would look for some knew hook-ups if he really does use. I know he is old and if he is natural he does not look bad but if he is really using HGH and gear it is not working very well. Pellius please tell us what lifts you do and how much weight you use! Your biceps look 15 inches. you are lean but you are not holding any real muscle mass. Maybe it is just your age.I guess I have to give you credit for being old and still staying in shape.
