the op posted pics before and he looked better.now, for the guy on the pics whoever this is, who went all the way to hire a photograph to take these pics.......i have seen people who have better muscular development who are classed officialy by governments as disabled people.id kill myself over the wasted time for these abysmal results.theres fitness class women who have more muscle on their frames.how many years do you train?do you think it was worth it?would you do it all over again if you knew the same shitty outcome upfront?
