im still on my parents insurance plan (and can remain on it untill im 26)  no more discrimination in the military  improved perception of america across the world  improved efficiency/reduced cost of military due to better use of intelligence and drones  extremely low interest rates  slow recovery from recession instead of falling into deep depression  new regulations to prevent another financial meltdown  extremely limited involvement in "arab spring", whereas Mcain would have had america militarily involved in every single country that experienced uprisings
