What's The Best Thing You Have Taken From Getbig?

Hands down for me:

ITS ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA.

I had never heard of this show till this forum.....it's fucking brilliant. I've watched two seasons in a week and a half. I don't understand why this show hasn't won mega awards and why all the characters don't have multiple emmys each.

I think I have a pretty good knowledge of training, and dieting.  All info I got from the bros on getbig.

I can go from 180 to 220 and back like it's nothing.  I've learned that losing weight can be enjoyable, and that it really is too easy!

They definitely set a precedent.  Do you think Ron wanted his forum to be like this?  Or do you think he'd prefer a more constructive environment where the Pro's would have stuck around?  This forum has got to make his interaction with them a little bit awkward?  Maybe he likes getbig because we say the shit he's thinking.

The problem with bbing.com is that they engage and encourage "delusional positivity", and it becomes one big circle jerk of delusional people. Now, there are tons of phyisques on there that are mindblowing. On here, there is a reality check of sorts. And if you can ride the storm, you are welcome. Kinda like a gang initiation. The only thing is getbig can be too harsh, it can be said that getbig.com is the 4chan of bbing. And as such, it could be described as a never aging Arnold with the wit of The Devil, the heart of a lion, the libido of a God.
