Would love to hear some tips on how to go about gaining some lean water less mass to my frame. I'm thinking the best way for me is just to increase calories slightly and if using "bulking" type compounds to limit carb intake to avoid excess water weight gain. Wrt juice I'm fairly new and the doses have remained low. From your experiences what would be the best way for me to add a 5-10 pounds of lean mass?

growing lean i think is only possible when you get back on steroids after a whiled off gear and training and diet.

or if you been waay bigger before.

other than that, growing some while staying kinda lean is best done by slightly increasing calories, some couple 100clas above maintenance intake.

to grow bigger than one has been before, itll take some fat gain.

Necessary evil I guess eh. Shouldn't be a big problem as long as I don't mistake mass gain for actual muscle which I'm sure a lot of us do or have done at some point. It can be deceiving and you lie to yourself and keep gaining but at the end it just means more work for you to get back down to where you wanna be.


One question though Galeniko...

Say if I were to do 500mg of test vs. 1000mgs of test do you think I would put on a better quality mass with the higher amount?

I'm using test as an example but would it work this way with any compound ? I'm sure with test I would experience a higher rate of aromatization/bloat.

yes, real, pure muscle come slow, even on steroids.bloof comes quick, but its not muscle and is hard to get rid off.

i honestly believe that for a physique like mine, 500mg of test a week is the limit, after that, the bad effects outweight the good effects.

more gear mustnt mean its better, more mass mustnt mean itll look better, more weight doesnt mean itll look better.

many honest people will admit that midesction goes out of control at a certain dosage, for some its on kinda low dosage , for others its bit higher.

the more gear is used the worse the quality will be, no matter what kind of gear.

but 500mg is much better than 250mg a week.as far growth is concerned.

i also believe how much muscle is on a frame has less to do with calorie intake, but rather more to do how much gear one is running.

i know that on 500mg legit test weekly i get bloaty even on very very strict diet.and if i have "bad" foods on that dosage i get blurry very fast.

but i dont want get any bigger, honestly i dont, i have women who are bigger than me inch for inch height in my gym and i dont care in the slightest.

i dont want to ruin my physique with high dosages, i draw the line when the midsection starts to grow from squats or deadlifts alone.

yeah some ppl will say with tren one can grow lean by default, its all bullshit, one can grow lean only under the above mentioned circumstances in my previous post, ive seen enough to be able to safely claim that.

I learn a lot from reading your posts and I feel like I should be opening up my wallet..lol. We have discussed this before and I'm ready to try this out for a year or so on the lower doses. I really do not wanna have to take a lot of juice for many reasons....the less I can use and get results with the better it'll be for me. At this moment I'm not looking to add more than 10 pounds of real muscle...but realistically even if I can add half of that I think I'll be really happy....for a while  Cheesy
