don't be so modest dude, that's a damn good squat, and that bench ain't too shabby either 8)

The owner of the gym I go to these days has a 1110lb squat (suited). So yeah, I don't consider 315 jack.

Damn, that's amazing! Some heavy squatters out here at Big Iron I've heard.

The same guy had the world record squat not to long ago. Combined total between his bench/dead/squat is over 2500lb. Yeah. Inhuman.

Wouldn't it be a good idea if we continued Trevor's legacy by relaunching Beyond Fatness Training with a random morbidly obese guy?

I mean, every random obese guy, such as Trevor was, can do those lifts so it doesn't really matter who we pick.

I've always had this sneaky suspicion that if Trevor had dieted down, he wouldn't be that impressive, lacking bodyparts, and trying to bring them up with his patented version of synthol oil.

so you fellas are basically saying that his frame sucks ass, correct?

if he has thick joints and wide-ass hips, then yeah he's fucked as far as a pleasing to the eye physique is concerned

He was obese, no way to know what his frame looks like. Perhaps maybe now enough meat has rotten off to actually see his skeleton but that is still a maybe.

yeah, and that's too bad, coz it would have been kinda cool to see him go through one of his own hellicious workouts 8)

one of my trainers put me through a few workouts very similar to Trevor's style and i remember once a young kid, bout 16 years old said to my trainer "hey man, take it easy on him" (talking about me as i was nearly falling off the dip bars as this trainer of mine was pushing me to the point of negative muscle failure) and my trainer replied to this kid "this doesn't concern you!" lol

this kid had alot of guts, considering my training was near 300 pounds at that time with a 700 pound bench press to his credit
