That stuff looks great....I`ve been dieting my ass off!
Im on a strict diet at the moment man, not sepcifically for training/looks but to help fight against MS.
Basically its:
3 cups of green veg (specifically kale, spinach, brocolli)
3 cups of sulphur rich veg & fruit (beets, leeks, onions, radishes, carrots etc)
3 cups of fruit & colored veg (specifically berries, bell peppers, any other vibrant shit)
Omega 3 rich fish
Grass fed / organic lean meats
Organ meats
No dairy
No wheat
No gluten.
Basically, its a diet to help repair brain cells, synapses and wiring in the brain etc (B vits, sulphur, iodine) and cuts out food which can suppress the immune system.
It's FUCKING BRILLIANT.
