Phil ooks great! Not prime ronnie great but phil admits that! I think kai could be the best but like everyone says the grapefruit fiasco took his chance away. I think Kai has a great attitude and had alot less to work with money wise coming up. phil is no ghetto boy like kai used to be. Kai deserves it more. Kai actually has more of th Ronnie Bicep peaks. But phil is just massive.

 Phils forarms are unbelievable! I don't think he uses much SEO. if any. maybe on game day but not all year. but kai has better abs and legs and back detail and a thicker chest. Kai is probably stronger as well.

I doubt Jay has a shot at the #1 at his age. His best chance is to drop 10-20 and go back to his 2001 physique if possible. That way he at least has a shot at the 2nd place.
