I just don't see it. He doesn't nor has ever come in Dexter like conditioning. He may have some striations on bis quads, which are huge, but lack detail. I don't see the dryness with Branch.

He's dry and grainy but has no detail. The drug regimen, hardcore training BS plus numerous tears and the lack of great genetics= Branch, muscle density but week detail specially in the back. But when it comes to conditioning in general, that's more than Wolf and Kai have showed recently though they should still place higher than that troll.
And don't compare him to a prime Dex, just not in the same league.

Agreed. Arms over power everything, too narrow, though his conditioning is good. If he had better width, I think we would be complaining less about him

His frame simply wasn't build to carry +250 pounds. He would look better as a light heavy (just like tons of other pros).

If Phil had a few inches wider clavicles and 10 more pounds he would be the greatest ever.. But if you really look at his physique he is so flipping narrow in his bone structure and he really has average body parts besides arms.. But his shape and conditioning is great.. But if he goes the way of "I don't need to add size anymore" route it will be the beginning of the end.. Once they start training to maintain all else suffers as well..

Kai is big ... mind blowing big in person but phil has a better shape, better physique, and the best condition of the top guys
