About as credible as Obama's 4,500,000 jobs created....hahahahahahah a!

The Dems are WAY to worried about arguing over Israel and God. Jobs aren't a concern for Obama.

Hahahahahahaha....."voice vote, you've gotta vote yes".

"All of those delegates in favor say aye, all those opposed say no". In the opinion of the Chair.......hahahahahaha ha!

How many are attributed to the arrival of the internet as we know it?  This was a big part of what Clinton receives credit for, which he only should if you believe Al Gore invented it.

Yet, of the last 52 years, the GOP has held the White House for 28 years; while, the Dems have held it for 24. Go figure.

Of course, if there is more of a need to create jobs during the Dems' watch, that doesn't necessarily speak well of them.

Of course, what they neglect to tell you is that a good hunk of those jobs are low-wage (i.e. flipping burgers at McDonald's), about which the Dems were scoffing when it occurred on Bush's watch. But, under Obama.....OH, HAPPY DAY!!!!!

The Dems don't cite the Congress for Clinton's success. Therefore, they shouldn't cite Congress for Obama's FAILURE.

The only "discuss" would be where TA gets all his vital information. Presenting some useful information from TA, just might be a excellent start, to "discuss".. Throwing out numbers means nothing but throwing out numbers, that's all.

Are these military , private sector, civil service government workers, skilled or unskilled jobs, union, farm workers, etc.

Come out and play TA, and tell us all about your research.

  • It’s All Bullshit
It's almost like the bullshit when he (and Clinton last night) touted about the auto industry. The auto industry isn't and was never saved and didn't create ONE job. It's just saved the UNIONS now the tax payers on the hook to the bond holders for $25billion. He fucked us....again.

Isn't and wasn't saved?  How is it that 2 of the 3 major ones have paid their debts back and are operating?  Are you saying they were never in danger of going under?  Explain yourself before I expose your stupidity.

Not to start an argument, but they've only partially paid back their debts.

Oh this should be good.....enlighten us on the auto bailout. Focus on cronyism with the UAW, creditors, bankruptcy reorganization, stock losses that taxpayers funded, and the inevitability of another bailout.

The reason Obama liked the auto bailout was because labor unions liked it. Obama went in, took the UAW and used taxpayer money to make them whole.

The administration handed $85 billion to GM and Chrysler and guided them through reorganization. Obama took on the role of bankruptcy court and bumped the unions to the front of the line, handing them control of Chrysler, while preserving pay and benefits at General Motors.

They came in and forced these companies into pre-packaged bankruptcy where unions were made whole and creditors were squeezed out. In normal bankruptcy they don’t rearrange stakeholders rights willy-nilly…there’s no way those union contracts would have been untouched.

How far down this road do you want to go? Let's hear it Wiggs.  ::)

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-05-08/private-jobs-increase-more-with-democrats-in-white-house.html

The BGOV Barometer shows that since Democrat John F. Kennedy took office in January 1961, non-government payrolls in the U.S. swelled by almost 42 million jobs under Democrats, compared with 24 million for Republican presidents, according to Labor Department figures.

Democrats hold the edge though they occupied the Oval Office for 23 years since Kennedy’s inauguration, compared with 28 for the Republicans

This isn't news. Or a shock. The Republicans are more interested in creating wealth- which primarily has benefitted the wealthy of late. The Democrats are more interested in creating jobs. Even a crummy one is better than nothing when you don't have one. Just different emphasis.

Department of Labor.

Liberal math was on display last night during the voice vote for approval of the party platform (to include God and support Israel). If that was 2/3's of the crowd approving, Barack Obama is a giraffe.

Liberal math must contain small, very optimistic rounding errors. They seem to have manifested themselves in the bullshit computation of the 4.5 million jobs.

The more accurate comparison would be jobs created under Democratic controlled congress, not the president, after all congress has a substantial influence on regulatory measures that effect the economy.

This is pretty much one of the most useless statistics I've seen on this board, ever.

Ok good.  So then we can`t hold Obama accountable since 2010 for jobs.

Presidents create private sector jobs? Huh?

The only thing that government can do in relation to job creation is prevent it.
