Proper Oxford English is degrading. Not just here, but in the rest of the English speaking world as well.  Few people speak Oxford English these days no matter where they live. All languages evolve over time. The word choices and pronunciations change. Language is how we communicate. If most people speak Pigeon English or ghetto slang, then to communicate well one must understand and speak these "dialects" as well. However, I'd rather set my standards a bit higher most of the time.

The real junkies always get there smack early! most of these run around deivery guys run out by 1PM. they are always hispanic. and they break it down into such small bags. these addicts just get taken advantage of. usually the hondurins run it and sel it at 88% purity wich is insanely high for heroin. It could get cutt 8 times and the user woud still get fucked up. I am in Oregon and we have the highest number of homeless people due to the cheap prices on heroin here. It is awful!

Most people who don't know much about heroin would here 35% and think that sounds low% purity but big dealers sell their heroin no more then 10% around the USA and that is a high percentage most cutt it down to 5%. even in america gangster just because he got pure heroin didnt mean he sold it pure. they woud stomp the shit out of every kilo 10 times. and people still would be overdosing.

I've seen tapes going back to the 40's where "hair-on" was used in speech by blacks, although I've seen some older southern whites pronounce it close to that way too.
