i find i can work a full day with no breaks aslong as i have soda and honey roasted peanuts or regular nuts.

i just eat a good breakfast like 2 peaches and cereal with strawberries on top then im out the door, may even have some banana chips for the drive

when im home its beans and rice time and pizza and eggplant parmesean and icecream and fruit juice and olive oil

400-600 round that . first month free rent, just deposit if you work it up yourself. carpentry painting and cleaning is the perfect job for someone that naturally enjoys physical work

We pay our trainers up to $72.00 per.hr. we also helped trainers.set up their own.busijust thought is thought is throw that out there since this is a bodybuilding site with trainers on it. Props to JF though for helping.to.create jobs. Something the government can't do.

flinstones if your serious you should come up here, honestly IMO dont own a car at all . its too much money when you are young. If your serious about working id take you on the job site or even if you had a bicycle all the stuff i work on is close by but in the hood of course alot of neeguls, you just gotta be non confrontational thats all.

if you dont own a car you can really save up your money quick and effectively and own a couple of houses within 5 years time

if you own 2 houses and own no car, you can collect 1000 dollar rent a month say 500 dollars per rental house. this is a low estimate since it can vary and sometimes they dont pay but things balance out the more you own, ill teach you how to fix up a house first class so it doesnt break down like most do when people put in floors with nails. nails are the worst inventions i always use screws because they dont work themselves out of the wood like nails. Any ways if you are a good carpenter and fixed up a house perfectly that house might never need maintenance except painting a cleaning wich is simple , its rather akin to doing cardio or a light workout

IMO someone working for me shouldnt own a car cause they will be just breaking even each month or profiting very little. the only way to budget and make money is not own a car but network yourself with someone like me who can show them the ropes

ive masterd the buisness except for plumbing and electrical i lack experience in those two areas

ive also masterd my energy i can work all day, and all evening if i had to but i dont, i dont need to because i make enough as is


it would be even better if flinstones had a plumbing and electrical manuals and learned that shit and could fix things that i dont have time for that would be perfect and even teaching me some things

but as far as carpentry i can explain and show him all the stuff he needs to know to be a master landlord

my job is stable , im always in demand, so no  worries about that , i even own some rentals myself

I had an argument with a builder over this…screws over nails…and not just nails…nails applied with a nail gun….I agree with you screws work better…You make pilot holes?

pilot i guess you mean counter-sink a hole, no only on special scenarios i might, something id rarely do

but yes nails are the worst thing for a sub floor or for anything , maybe ok for for shingles though since they dont get much traction.

if you put nails in anything they work them selves up through the floor really bad if you have  sheet vinyl floor . even dry wall you dont want to use nails eventually they work themselves through

when im done with a project i dont want to have to do it again in 3 years more or less, its supposed to be done. but cauking around the seams of a floor  and cracks that appear in the dry wall is inevitable , its gonna happen no matter how well the house is built
