pharm grade caber

macros

300-400g protein
250g carbs
fats 30-40 grams comin from mainly steak n eggs

Caber and Adex are useless at those doses, unless you really need them i wouldn't bother. Just keep them on hand just in case.

I've never had issues with it, but if you feel like you are having problems use the Caber at a mild dose until you feel better.
