An old method used to be 4 Stanley knife blades separated by matchsticks and taped together, a slash on someones arse meant it couldnt be stitched and took an age to heal, split every time you sat down.

I remember watching Midnight Express when the stabbed each other up the ass, they did it because they couldn't be charged with attempted murder because there were no major organs in the ass.
