I ended up taking 1st in the Heavies and lost a close overall to the LHW.. I hope I made getbig proud. I ended up spilling over a tad which probably hurt me winning the overall.. lesson learned about shitloading for breakfast.

Good job man. I would suggest you to learn how to do all the poses with a 1/4 turn .. it'll be more impressive IMO.

twisted posing ... look at Arnold or Zane and copy. You'll create the illusion much better this way. Square posing like crunch and flex looks horrid.
