Why don't you post about diet, nutrition and training anymore?
I always enjoyed to read your posts on those topics but now they are few and far between.
Would be awesome if you could start to share your knowledge again. 
Well, Jezebelle and I just got done eating a Bull Run Bacon Sandwich with Cider Spiced Bloody Butcher Tomatoes (from our crop). I did train Back and Biceps today- Deadlifts, Rows, Pullups, Barbell Curls, Dumbbell Curls, Concentration Curls. Combine those two things together Mr. animal1991 (I probably should Capitalize that, but I respect your wish to remain Lower Case) and you have a recipe for success.
Also, be on the look out for the new Lincoln trailer out. I will post it here as well.
