China: Romney's rich because of us

Source: Politico

Xinhua is not happy with Mitt Romney.

The official Chinese news agency, in an English-language commentary, attacked the GOP presidential nominee for his proposal to label China a currency manipulator.

“If these mud-slinging tactics were to become U.S. government policies, a trade war would be very likely to break out between the world’s top two economies, which would be catastrophic enough to both sides and the already groaning global economy,” Xinhua’s Liu Chang writes. “For generations, China-bashing has been a cancer in U.S. electoral politics, seriously plaguing the relations between the two countries.”

The commentary also takes a shot at Romney’s wealth, declaring it “rather ironic that a considerable portion of this China-battering politician’s wealth was actually obtained by doing business with Chinese companies before he entered politics.”

He should suspend his campaign.

This fuck is a joke just like the rest of the GOP(RP & Rohmer excluded)

I know! I mean, during the last few years no jobs have been shuttled to China! How cool is that? This nation has been adding millions of jobs! 500k a month, just like Joe Biden said.

Everything is going according to plan.

And CEO of GE, Jeffery Imelt, has never sent any jobs abroad, no sir! He even sits on Obama's "Jobs Council!" That's totally rad!

Come on man, you must admit that a guy running on real life business experience and claiming this as a indicator that he can create jobs. is coming across as a hypocrite when it turns out the jobs he created was Chinese (and americans lost jobs).

BAIN made a living of this kind of business and now he claims its the devils work(bad use of words but im in a hurry)

Job's Council?  Mr "focused like a laser" on job creation hasn't met with his own jobs council in a year or so.  He doesn't do intel briefings, won't meet with his jobs council and he refuses to meet with the Israeli's...our single solid ally in the Middle East.  WTF does Obama do all day?  Golf?  Fundraise? Shoot hoops?

So all the jobs Mitt claims to have created we in China? Is there a source for this?

I know of one business, Staples, that is alive and well today because of Bain.

I will admit, private equity can sometimes be messy and not at all pretty and it sometimes fails at rescuing/growing businesses...but it's there for a reason.
