got any new lenses ron? what camera do you shoot with? droped my 50mm canon and wrecked it right outside a camerashop today and got forced to buy a new lens,  bought the 85mm 1.8, sweet lens. ¨crazy sharpness and really good colors and contrast.

Don't get too excited there - this lens is for photoshoots and expo shots, not stage shots.  You need a higher zoom lense for those, depending on where you sit.  This lens only goes up to 70mm.  For stage shots, you need a 70mm - 135mm or more...
