bench: 320 @ 240-250dead: 515 @ 207squat: 405 @ 202i was in "perma-bulker" mode for the bench, not only should i have pushed it for another 20-30 lbs, but i could and SHOULD have done that at a much lower bodyweight. i just didn't know my body was going to shut down shortly after that. also im 6'3" so the bodyweights will obviously seem way too high.
Funny, I've banged more hot chicks in a month than the average Getbigger does in a lifetime. And not ONE asked me "how much can you bench". Lol
