this middle east turmoil is all everyone is talking about. 

Surely, can obama really mind all of this uprest in the middle east?   His poll numbers are rising.  Romney obviously has no alternate plan for dealing with the middle east, aside from "obama is doing it wrong, but I also denounce that movie".   

In 2008, McCain would have won the election if the #1 issue was the war, and during the primaries, everyone thought that would be the issue.
In 2012, Romney would have won the election, if the #1 issue was the economy.

Either by dumb luck, or by maybe fostering an environment where things get spicy - the #1 issue is moving to the middle east.  Not the economy.

I have a tough time buying into this.  

Fox & Drudge aren't talking about the economy on their home page.  It's all Libya.
Getbiggers who are repubs/conservatives who hate obama are all about libya.

Look at the getbig poli board... it's not just the libs starting the "obama dropped the ball in libya" threads.  

I think this benefits obama - he has to take a small hit politically with the "did america ignore warnings" but the hit on "does the economy suck" is WAY worse.
Plus romney doesn't have any alternate plan on libya.  No experience to claim he's an expert.  He's as clueless as obama.

I've made it very clear I support romney because I believe it'll instill confidence in small business again.  I posted that yesterday.

Foxnews and drudge are the top dogs in their fields.  ANd it's all libya.  MSNBC is talking about some bullshit chicago teachers strike, and cnn is split between royal wedding drama and how the filmmaker duped people.
