it had hulk vs. thor, cap vs. daredevil, spider-man vs. silver surfer, and thing vs. i forget who

the last story in it was spidey vs. surfer

Indie read the hulk v thor blog again.. some of those opinions are biased
thor 489 thor battered hulk both hand to hand and when he pulled the hammer.... he had hulk pinned on the floor about to deliver the coupe de grace.... he even helped hulk up after the fight how is that a draw???  (even though Thor didn't want to defeat hulk (why wasnt thor given the edge there

hulk 300 hulk was thrashing the avengers till thor stepped in he battered hulk i dont think hulk hit him one time
the fanal blow was thor  smacking hulk back into an an adamantium statue damaging the statue.....
thor tossed him around like a rag doll... again why wasnt thor given the edge

I love the insight but I can't agree.

Thor #489 went back and forth. Even at the end the Hulk tells him to hit him so was he really hurt? I don't know, does anyone? Thor looked a little better but the Hulk was depowered and kept coming back. It was still to close to call with too many questions and arguments from both sides make it a draw in my book.

Hulk #300 was awesome and very classic. Hulk was a mindless beast who just recklessly attacked the Earth-protecting Thor, sure Thor did a little better, but the Hulk was still up and was ready to keep on fighting when Dr. Strange stepped in. The panels sometimes don't show everything in the fight, the narration states they were both pummeling each other...great, vicious fight though. I liked how determined Thor was in this fight and loved it when I was reading it as a kid.
