Feel like a tool but had to ask

This may sound stupid but when you gents recomend Nolvadex at say 50 mg for the first week of pct for example, is that each day or one dose for the week?

They mean each day.  I would make 40mg ED nolva your top dose though.

but  use nolvadex only if necessary!
