Kai is playing the size game. Most of it comes from the cycles he runs. I think if he shaved his head he would lookk even bigger! He looks solid! Heath is just kind of boofy looking. Kai is think dense muscle!His bicep peaks look more realistic.

Heath just knows how to oil up right and use HGH and sin in big doses. Heath has weaker abs , weaker chest, weaker shoulders and is more narrow than kai.. Heaths legs are not as thick as kais as well. I think Kai has him beat. He has that kind of Ronnie coleman gutt look but that is how you will look when you bplay the size game. who is stronger??
