impressive is when you dont have to step on the scale to prove your weight.... and you look muscularly heavier than you are....

For a competitive Bodybuilder, yes. He is no longer competing, therefore it is irrelevent.

What they don't show is that the guy holding the video camera is pressing down on the scale with the top of his foot behind him, causing the reading to be higher.
