Yes and no, the 85 is somewhere out of nowhere I believe. Somewhere between San Antonio and Austin, most freeways in TX, as far as I know are 60, but I've seen 65/70 in many occasions.

I'm seeing more and more young girls with cars. Not too long ago most women didn't even have a driving license. And they were afraid of driving a car. Now I'm seeing young girls racing on streets and passing other drivers on highway.
